Inspirational Friends

I love this technology.

Through this Blog I have made an amazing new friend (well I met her over a year ago now), who inspires me with her life. Her commitment to posting a photo a day has been unbelievable. She is so upbeat and positive and if I am feeling a little low; I know that a quick visit to her site will inspire me.

Her name is Darlene and you can find a link to her site in the list of blogs that I follow - it is called "My life for a year".

Now Darlene and I have never met, she lives on the other side of the world in Canada; but sharing in her ups and downs, joys and sadness has given me so much pleasure over the last 12 months or so.

Darlene is one of the most giving friends that I could ever hope to have; she always posts a comment when I write something. She is always one of the first to send me a congratulations on one of my achievements and one day - more than anything I hope to meet her in person.

If you would like to live the day in the life of an inspirational person; I highly recommend that you sign up to reading her blog on a daily basis.

Thank you Darlene for sharing your life with us all.

Hugs
Beverly

Love the new look of your blog, so pretty. Keep up the good working of posting on your blog, I have been very slack, but who knows maybe 2011 will inspire me, think I must log onto Darlene's blog for the inspiration as well.

Awww, thank you ever so much Beverly, you've really touched me this morning. I actually had a tear, well okay two tears, come to my eye. I would also love to meet you and you're family.

Dorothy, the more the merrier! Come on over and say hi. I didn't realize that you have a blog yourself as well. I will be checking on ya on occasion now to see what is transpiring in your world. :-)

I hope that each of you have a fantastic and blessed day.

Oh Darlene, I am a shocker, regarding the blog, I suppose it is because I chat to Beverly two or three or four times a day, and forget about the rest of the world, I will try and write. Keep in touch with Beverly, she really appreciates your daily bits and pieces.

I shall continue to do so, as long as I can type or semi-type I will keep in touch. I treasure your daughters company even if we're across the world from one another. She keeps me inspired as well!
